Softkit

Focused tools for design and video.

Local-first creative apps that do one job well — cut footage, draw vectors, ship without the suite tax.

Two apps. One kit.

Start with the tool you need today. More Softkit apps can join the shelf later.

Desktop video trim and merge on a real timeline. Drop clips, cut what you don’t need, export one file — all local.

Vector + raster editing in the browser or on desktop. Pen, shapes, layers, pathfinder, and export — without the suite tax.

Softkit apps share the same principles — so the kit feels coherent as it grows.

Local first Your files stay on your machine. No account maze required for core work.
Focused, not bloated Daily tools only — not a thousand panels you’ll never open.
Community-shaped Report bugs and request features in the open. Source access on request.

Private code, public conversation. File bugs and feature ideas on GitHub — we use that feedback to steer what ships next.
