You retain rights to media and projects you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any files you import or edit.

Apps are provided “as is” without warranty. Softkit is not liable for lost data, failed exports, or damages arising from use of the software.
Third-party components
QuickCut uses FFmpeg under its applicable licenses. Other open-source components are attributed in their respective packages.
